  • Using Stripe for all payment processing so your financial data never passes through our systems directly

8. How long we keep your information

  • Active client records: Kept for the duration of our working relationship plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance

  • Leads and enquiries: Kept for up to 3 years from your last contact with us, or until you request deletion

  • Workshop and event registrations: Kept for up to 2 years from the date of the event

  • Newsletter subscribers: Kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion

  • Website analytics: Retained according to Google Analytics’ own retention settings
